Delete your TimberTrak account

What gets deleted

• • Your login (email and password)
• • Your profile information (name, photo, role)
• • All time entries, clock-in/clock-out history, and pay records
• • Tracts, contacts, invoices, expenses, field notes, and supply records you created
• • Map layers, boundaries, tracks, and waypoints
• • Uploaded photos and receipt attachments
• If you are an account owner: all team members under your account and their time entries are also deleted

What gets kept

• • Anonymized error logs (no personally identifying information)
• • Any data we are required to retain for tax, accounting, or legal reasons (typically 7 years for financial records)

Timeframe

Deletion is immediate. Backups containing your data are purged within 30 days.
